1.  Attested Photocopies of all Certificates, Degrees and Transcript
2. Computerised National Identity Card
3. Domicile Certificate
4. Three Passport Size Photos
5. Character Certificate
6. Undertaking on Judicial Stamp Paper Rs. 100 PKR as per specimen availabe on http://awkum.edu.pk/downloads/affidavit.doc
7. Applications are required to attach the bank draft in favor of treasurer AWKUM.
8. SSend all documents and application form to Director Admissions, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Garden Cam
